Thanksgiving 2010 pics found!

We seemed to have lost our small camera which had tons of pictures not uploaded to the computer. We realized just before Christmas it was MIA, and since then have held off on posting. I was sure we would have found it by now. Oh well.... we are half way through January and I am moving on. However, I lucked out and found some of the Thanksgiving pictures we took with our large camera.
We went camping for Thanksgiving with Grams, Papa James, Uncle Jamie, and Poppy.
We started the trip with thanksgiving crafts and fun with Uncle Jamie.
Using cornmeal and food coloring, we glued it on paper plates and created native american designed signs.
Aiden enjoyed playing outdoors with all the toys. The weather started off really warm (shorts weather) and on Thanksgiving Day, a cold (shall I say FREEZE) front blew in.
Eli enjoyed "driving" the motorhome!

Craft time went into the evening and Papa James kept his eye on Aiden.
We enjoyed a stroll in the park before the weather turned cold.

Happy Birthday Momma!

I turned 32 on November 15th. My family treated me to a nice dinner, weekend full of fun (Childrens Festival), and cake to munch on! Eli loves singing Happy Birthday so he sang to me several times and helped me blow out the candles on the pumpkin crunch cake!

By the way... I normally wouldn't post how old I am on the blog unless it's a big year... such as 25 or 30. I posted it so I don't forget. Go ahead.... laugh. It is true. The Big Birthday Celebration Queen is calling it quits. Somewhere between turning 30 and changing lots of poopy diapers, I can't keep up with my own age! I have shifted all the birthday celebration energy to the boys. I am happy with dinner on the table, a wish list item bought, and time with the boys. These are the new moments that I live for!

Pillow Fight

One crazy evening in November, Eli and Daddy had a pillow fight!

Enjoying the Weather

We spent as much time as possible outdoors this Fall when the weather permitted. Eli loves his Aggie tricycle and riding on the neighbors powerwheels. Eli and Gavin
look at that smile!
What a big boy!
This is impressive!
Aiden is barely 7 months old in this picture and he loves to ride on Eli's little powerwheels 4wheeler!

We took the boys on a couple bike rides in the neighborhood... what a workout!
My baby boy is growing up. He crawls all over the place... his knees never touching the floor. He is starting to eat table food such as waffles, grilled cheese, and whatever he can gnaw on!
Aiden is just like Eli and hates the feel of grass on his feet, legs, or hands!

The Art of Smiling

Eli has such a beautiful smile. I find it very hard not to return the gesture when he smiles at me. This little man brings so much joy (and frustration--haha) to our home! Eli received and artwork station from Michael and Tracy for his birthday. One morning he decided to do some art on the back patio.

Where in the world does the gun thing come from?? Are boys born with it? All of a sudden, Eli has become the little machine gun and 6 shooter! I hear bang bang and pow pow all the time! We really watch Disney/Mickey Mouse all of the time! Where did he get this? Here he is coming at me with his breakfast sausage-turned-six shooter!
Shhhhtttthhh... bang bang Momma!
The finale to the shoot-out was hide and go seek!

Halloween 2010

Happy Halloween 2010
Eli as the UPS man at daycare
Aiden the Surfer Dude

Once again I am behind in blogging. I have made a new year resolution to get this blog caught up and keep it that way.... so here we go again! I am posting tonight and will start the whirlwind of Moffitt Adventures!

This was the best 20 bucks that Jer has ever spent! Ha! Ha!

Eli has become quite obsessed with Mickey Mouse and Jeramy found this Mickey Pumpkin for the yard. Eli loved Mickey Pumpkin and greeted him every chance he could.

We heard a lot of "hi, bye, night night, good mornings" to Mickey!

Almost every evening after I picked the boys up from daycare,

Eli had to go check it out and touch it. Aiden was not impressed with it as much!

We purchased a family of pumpkins for the holiday and Eli loved them too! He would point them out every time he was near to door.... "Look Momma!"

One for Eli, one for Aiden, and the fairy tale pumpkin for Momma and Daddy.

Eli had the funniest costume this year. We picked it out last year, but everyone was sold out and came in too big of a size. Well, this year we scored!!

Eli was the UPS man getting off of work and heading to Hooters! haha!

He loved getting candy from the neighbors!

Eli and neighbor, Daniel.

Our neighbor, Gavin, was the cutest pirate!

Eli started trick-or-treating at 5:45 ish and went all through the neighborhood until 8pm!! He had a blast!

The neighbors loved the UPS delivery guy at their door!

I realize that Aiden is in none of these pictures.... well, he was there but not dressed up. We had a costume (Peter Pan) but it was too warm outside (note Jer is in shorts in the pic) and he was pretty fussy that night. He did dress up as a surfer dude for his daycare Halloween party and parade. I cannot wait until next year when he will actually get to enjoy the trick-or-treating too! I already have their costumes planned!
