Sitting Up and Creeping... Oh My!

At less than 5 months old, this little fella is sitting up and trying to crawl! In about a week, he learned to sit up on his own, and started getting up on all fours and leaning forward and back. I cannot seem to get this little man of mine to slow down and enjoy "babyhood"!

How Much Can I Get Into?

Eli is a total ham! He loves to get attention! Lately he has been needing more and more and we catch him getting into his little brothers things. Now... please realize that we DO give Eli a lot of attention... its Aiden I sometimes feel sorry for!
Eli has declared all of the baby toys, Toddler toys. If Aiden gets in the Jumperoo, then Eli can too. We have a video of Eli jumping that is hilarious! He goes WILD in this thing!

The baby walker is for Eli too... in case you didn't know!
The other day while I was putting up laundry, Eli was really quiet. Normally that means he is "taking care of business" and wants privacy. This time, it was because he was entertaining himself in the bath tub (no water!) playing with his tub toys!

This is another one of Eli's stunts. He loves to climb the couch. This is not good!

Eli is "all boy"! He most definitely keeps us on our toes and our smiles large!

Classroom Time with Mommy

During my in service week Eli came down with a nasty cold. One day he had a low grade fever so I took him to the doctor. He was okay, just had a bad cold and couldn't return to daycare for 24 hours. Well, Momma had some work to do in her classroom so Eli tagged along for a couple hours at the school.
This is Eli playing with his new airplane from Grams. Eli is super infatuated with airplanes. This was a perfect toy for the car and for our drive to school.
Once at EES, Eli was all over the classroom!

He loved Momma's Reading Corner and playing cards.
This was a disaster... he started throwing all the magnet letter across the room!
AHHH!!
The next night was Meet the Teacher and I kept finding letters under desks and inside their cubbies! It kept me smiling and thinking about my little man that evening!

Best of Friends....

Eli and Aiden are fun to watch together.
Eli loves to take care of and play with his Little Bubby. He plays cars with Aiden...

He talks with Aiden...

And Aiden enjoys his company!

I have been very blessed with my houseful of boys.
I couldn't have asked for anything more.

What a Smile!

Aiden is one super cute and happy baby! He is always full of smiles and shines one my way when I am near! He loves to lay next to Eli while Eli plays and watch him explore. He has started grabbing at toys from Eli and Big Bro deals pretty well with it. All I have to say is let Bubby's see it for a bit and he will give it back. That works MOST of the time but not always!

Bouncin' Bears Texas

The family went for a fun evening at Bouncin' Bears one evening before school started. Eli, Aiden, and I had already been there a couple of times this summer, but this was a first for Daddy. Eli loved showing him "the ropes"!
Here they are sitting on the Jumping Pillow while the other kids tossed them around.
This is one of Eli's faves! He loves the giant slide!
He and Daddy went up and down several times!
Eli also loved the obstacle course called Adrenaline Rush.
This was an Eli and Mommy activity though.
We went through it a few times as well.

Mommy is giving Eli a "boost" over the wall....
What a workout!
Eli didn't slow down to wait for Mommy!
He was ready for the course!
The Moffitt boys shot some hoops in one of the moonwalk/jumpers.
Aiden was pretty content sitting in the stroller and watching all the commotion.
Eli and Mommy took a turn down the slide too!
Back to the pillow... and Eli jumping himself!

It is funny how Eli loves bounce-houses/moonwalks now. He was so afraid of them up until this summer. I took him to PumpItUp and Bouncin Bears as much as I could this summer (almost weekly). I am glad he likes this activity now... such a workout for both of us and I love watching the excitement on his face while he is on them.
