Ren Fest 2010

We ventured out to the Texas Renaissance Festival on October 24th.
Eli wasn't so sure of the people in the costumes jumping around and singing.
We found Grams' favorite shop... a wind chime store with lots of huge wind chimes!
Eli loved the store just as much!

We headed straight to the kids area to ride the elephants!
Jamie, Momma, and Eli....

Aiden and Poppy rode the elephant too!

Grams, Jamie, Eli, and Aiden were not too thrilled with this ride! It scared them! Jeramy was smiling the whole time!
It was a long and fast sweep that none were prepared for! Aiden was terrified and snuggled to Grams!
Get me outta here!
Daddy and Eli in the petting zoo. Eli is still not too sure of this idea. We have taken him to several petting zoos and he refuses to "pet"....
The Adam Crack and the Fire Whip show was awesome!

Eli loved the food!
Eli really liked the jousting and cheered on for the Green Team... I think it was Spain..
Eli loved the "window shopping"!
I realize that I keep referring to Eli a lot. Aiden was there and hung out in the stroller or in someones arms. He was more of a "people watcher" that day!

Eli loved the merry-go-round!
Aiden loved spending time with his Grams!

Pumpkin Patch 2010

We took the boys to Old Time Christmas Tree Farm for their pumpkin patch pictures and fun. Eli enjoyed people watching and moving the pumpkins around. Aiden was in awe of the huge orange things!
It is so difficult to get a good picture of the two together!
Aiden hanging out in the patch!

We took a lot of pics of Aiden in the pumpkins hoping to get at least one good shot of him!
Tadah! I think we have a winner! Look at that smile!
Eli scoped out the goats in the petting zoo area.
Aiden was trying to figure those goats out!
Tough Guy trying to haul off a pumpkin!

Eli loved running down the rows of Christmas trees!

Eli was a hoot while we waited for the train ride. I am not quite sure what he is doing here, but it sure looks like a pose for Mr. GQ!!
All aboard the train ride!
This is Eli's new "smirk" he gives us when he wants to hide his smile when he is having fun.
Aiden enjoyed the weather and seeing all the trees!

After the train ride, we walked around the fair and the boys relaxed in the stroller.
To end our adventure, Eli picked out the family pumpkins!

What a Mess

Looking back at these photos of Eli, I realize more and more he is a mess! This little guy loves to entertain us! These are pics from when we arrived home from camping in October. While we were sorting laundry and unpacking, Eli decided to help and pour the extra cat food into their bowls! What a helper!
He pulled out the swim goggles and ran around the house like a crazy man!
By the end of the evening he was in his closet checking out what all was in there. He found an Incredible Hulk costume that was much too small for him, but he wanted it on anyways!
Being The Hulk makes you hungry!

Jaden's Birthday Party

October was filled with all of Eli's favorite things... camping, planes, and trains!
We went to Zube Park in Hockley for Jaden's birthday to ride the Live Streamers .
We had so much fun!
The trains are ran on go-cart engines.
We are about to take our first ride on the train!
Over the hill and through the woods!
Eli said "Wow!" a lot!

Here is part of Jaden's birthday crew on one of the train rides!
Aiden loved on Brandy.
Choo Choo! Happy Birthday to you!
Birthday Boy, Jaden, is two!!
On the next round, Eli rode with Daddy!
Aiden enjoyed the ride too!
Brandy with Chelette's cute nephews!

Eli tried out the trains horn!
Brandy loves babies. Here she is loving on Baby Charleigh, Jaden's new sister!
Aiden loved on Brandy's Momma, Ma!
Happy 2nd Birthday, Jaden!
We love you!
