Sweet picture

That pretty much covers our Thanksgiving trip to Lake O The Pines. We had turkey, ham, dressing, green bean casserole.... the works. To top it off, we had fun and quality time together. I really enjoyed our Thanksgiving this year.

I felt very blessed to have such a wonderful family of boys and great in-laws!

Red and Papa

Lake 'o the Pines was beautiful... I look forward to camping there again!

Jefferson, Texas

We traveled to Jefferson on Black Friday to check out the General Store and eat lunch.

It was a cozy little town.

Eli and Papa James... the world's biggest shoppers!

We had lunch at a super cute diner.

It was decorated from top to bottom for Christmas.

Eli loved seeing "Ho, Ho" (Santa)

This is the dream tree I want for the boys.

I have my own tree at home and the boys have their own.

Hanging out

After all the playing and running around, Eli finally pooped out on Grams. Grams loves those snuggle moments with her "Gram-babies"! I enjoyed my time with my boys. However, I really enjoyed my time with Aiden. Eli was often running around and discovering the world while we were camping, so it gave me time to be with Aiden with less interruptions. He is one super sweet baby.
Eli started mimicking Papa James... he put his hands on his hips.

Eli is done with sippy cups, but he has discovered Mommy's grown-up sippy cups!

He will drink ice water like crazy if its in my cup!

Playtime at the Park

The campground had a great playground for Eli to get some energy out!
Look at his face... very focused...as he should! I do not want broken arms or legs!

As you can tell, Eli was a big fan of the monkey bars.

Eli and Jamie went down the slide....

Jamie got stuck half way through it!

Eli gave him a nudge! haha!

Eli rode the rest of the way down with Jamie!

Poppy took a turn!

...then he went in for a hug!

Time to explore and discover

Eli discovered the bark on the trees and Daddy helped him pick some off.

Eli played in Papa James' new car...

Poppy made a video and showed Eli. It had his face as Santa doing a dance! Eli loved it!
