Christmas Eve 2009

We went to the Christmas Eve service at Northside Christian Church on Christmas Eve. It was family service so Eli was able to sit with us. He was such a good boy and really enjoyed the service. He danced and clapped when we sang and was good and quiet during the presentations. Afterwards, we met up with Michael and Tracy for dinner at Cheddars and then went home to start our family tradition. Eli helped (somewhat) make Santa brownies for his treat and then we headed upstairs in our PJs. We sang Christmas carols. AT&T U-Verse had a channel called Santa Tracker that had updates of where he was, games to play, trivia, and caroling. We loved that the words were on the screen because man... some of those songs have words that we just can't seem to remember!
We sipped hot chocolate and read The Night Before Christmas....
Eli started looking for Santa....
Eli looking at the screen and singing and dancing along...
Once Eli was in bed we got ready ourselves...
